Once the project is settled a project team is allocated towards the project and regular update is provided. However, there can be only 1 or 2 point of contact from our company. Clients can not have direct access of designer or developer.
We are committed towards providing the settled project in the settled timeline however we do not include the time taken by client in order to provide feedback
We are committed to deliver everything settled in the technical structure of the project. For anything coming out of the scope of work can come up on additional cost basis; hence we request our clients to check the scope of work before proceeding ahead with the work.
Source codes will be handed over to client once project payment is completed by the client
Refund for the project will be done on the basis of below points
- If project is settled, payment is received but not started then Linea Digitech hold the right to refund money after deducting consultation hours for the project.
- If the project is initiated but is cancelled by the client due to any reason then we hold the right to refund money after deducting the cost of our man-hours
- If the project is completed and client is not satisfied with the project and project is as per the scope of work then there will be no refund
If the client is eligible for refund then refund will be issued in 10 working days in the same method which client used for making the payment
